3 room childfriendly apartment close to downtown Reykjavik, shops, service and activities. — Ísland

Our home is a 3 room (92.5 sqm) apartment in a large apartment building close to Reykjavik centrum. The apartment has its own entrance from the back of the house.

The apartment has a new kitchen renovated in 2008, with a dishwasher, expresso coffeemaker and more. The bathroom is big with both shower and a bathtub. A big masterbedroom and a childrens room with a crib for a child age, newborn to 2 years old. And a bed for child, age 2-8 years old. We have madrasses for older children.

The kitchen is open into the livingroom witch has big windows and balconydoor that opens to the terrace (south-west, sunny from 12 pm - until the sun sets) and a area with no car traffic (great for children). We have a outside grill (barbeque) that we use a lot during the summer and a bench and a table and chairs for outside use during the summer time. The main entrance is from the terrace/balcony.

There is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer inside the apartment.
